IP67 Low PIM Cavity Combiner , 698-2690MHz/3300-4200MHz


The CUD00698M04200M4310FLP from Concept Microwave is a IP67 Cavity Combiner with passbands from 698-2690MHz and 3300-4200MHz with Low PIM ≤-155dBc@2*43dBm. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.3dB and an isolation of more than 50dB. It is available in a module that measures 161mm x 83.5mm x 30mm. This RF cavity combiner design is built with 4.3-10 connectors that are female gender. Other configuration, such as different passband and different connector are available under different model numbers.

Low PIM stands for “Low passive intermodulation.” It represents the intermodulation products generated when two or more signals transit through a passive device with nonlinear properties. Passive intermodulation is a significant issue within the cellular industry and it is extremely difficult to troubleshoot. In cell communication systems, PIM can create interference and will reduce receiver sensitivity or may even inhibit communication completely. This interference can affect the cell that created it, as well as other nearby receivers.
